ittdesk works on behalf of Ziggo Zakelijk and has a specialized helpdesk for the tenants of Student Experience. Maintenance will be communicated though our social media. If these is a disruption in the services with some impact, outside of our office hours we will communicate this on our social media. it is advised to follow us on there to keep up to date. in the event youwant to call us, esspecially if there is a disruption in the services of the building, please call the number provided so one of our people can help you.

The speed of your connection is theoretically set to at least 25 MB upstream and downstream. 25 MB is the calculation speed agreed between your accommodation provider and Ziggo Zakelijk. In practice your connection will often be much faster, because not everyone will be using the internet at the same time. If you want to download very large quantities of data, it’s best to do this at night. This will ensure that the normal speed remains available to everyone. The building has a fibre-optic link to the Internet via the datacentre in Amsterdam. In theory this offers up to more than 80/80 MB. However, we cannot guarantee this because it is affected by simultaneous internet access.
More than 15,000 students are now using the ittdesk network which is facilitated by Ziggo Zakelijk. You might like to know that students have told us that our network is excellent for gaming.
